  14.   I join Justice White's opinion because it finds that
  15. respondents' intentional tort claims are -based upon a
  16. commercial activity- and that the commercial activity at
  17. issue in those claims was not -carried on in the United
  18. States.-  I join Justice Kennedy's opinion insofar as it
  19. concludes that the -failure to warn- claims should be
  20. remanded.
